You don’t know how great you are.

Last December, I stared at my journal and almost quit writing. You know that feeling—Does any of this even matter?

I was ready to walk away.

Then I listened to Andrew Huberman’s podcast with David Goggins.1

Something clicked. And Sparked was born.

Because here’s the thing—your strength isn’t gone. It’s just buried.

I know because that’s what I felt in December.

But no one’s going to uncover it for you. This is on you.

I get it. I’ve felt stuck too. But I also know there’s more in me. And I refuse to settle for “good enough.”

That’s why I do hard things.

Lifting weights. Sprinting on a bike. Burpees.

When it gets tough and that voice whispers, You can’t do this,, I push through anyway. That’s when I see what I’m made of.

But it’s not just about pushing through. It’s also about sitting with the discomfort.

Because when the noise fades and it’s just you and your thoughts, that’s when doubt creeps in saying:

  • You’re too late.

  • You’re too old.

  • You’re not enough.

It’s uncomfortable, but I don’t look away.

That’s where I find myself.

That’s where I see my strength.

And every time, I realize—I have more in me.

What about you?

Where do you go to find out who you really are?

You don’t know how great you are. So, what’s stopping you from finding out?

✨Pass it on

If it sparked something, send it to someone else.
