This is helpful. I tend to catastophize and am trying to break the cycle. Instead of saying 'what could go wrong", I'm tending more toward "what could go right?" It's a process for sure.
Right now I am stressing about the state of our country. It has been overwhelming. I have been doing a daily breathwork practice, and always amazed how quickly my inner state shifts!
