this is a topic near and dear to my heart. I used to blame my scatteredness on ADHD. Then on menopause. Now I’m freaking out about some blood markers that have come back. So i’ve become hypervigilant of my diet, which of course is a distraction.
Paying attention is very useful. I don’t know how to cure walking into a room or opening a cupboard and thinking ‘Why am I here again?’🤷🏼♀️
