Hi Cara. I had to open it! Curiosity got the better of me! As I read your note, I kept wanting to swap the word growth with change. I love change, though I know it makes most people squirm. Either way, both words hold power, and yours clearly sparked something in me.

Thanks for the inspiration. I’m now wondering how I might craft one of my reinvention posts to ignite that same curiosity in readers.

But you’re right: the suck is the signal.

Uncomfortable means growth is on deck.
