Slow down are two words That have always triggered an immediate negative visceral response in me. Probably because my entire life I was “accelerated” - a term that Now translates into the diagnosis of ADHD. But I like the way this statement frames the message. it allows me to slow down, but remain expansive. Thank you.

I agree with you Pam. Slow down is a command. Go slow is more inviting. I’m so glad Bonnita’s instructions landed for you. They truly changed my life.

Yes

I feel this

When emotion and worry creep in

Go slow

When I a panicking for a solution

Go wide - there are many ways

Don’t Chase

And don’t settle

If it doesn’t feel right or forces it probably is not right for me
