This absolutely lands, Cara. I’m trying to be more intentional about disconnecting from old stories that keep me or someone else stuck in an old version of ourselves.

My wife and I had such a belly laugh over this very thing the other day. We were talking about a thing (I won't go into it) she used to stay away from because if she brought it up, I would go on for an hour talking about how over it I was!! 😂
