Cara, after seeing you lead a teacher training. I am blown away that YOU felt you had to explain yourself? I had you up on a pedestal. Always knew the answer. Infinite knowledge. Turns out, I should not put anyone on a pedestal. We are all human. I explain myself too much. I doubt. To counteract this. I started listing my strengths. It's been very empowering.

What's the quote? "Be yourself, because everyone else is taken?" or something like that. When we "stand in who we are", being our authentic selves, it may feel riskier, but cuts through all the needless wondering and worrying about what others' think. It's 'streamlined being'! At the end of the day, it is what WE really think and believe that matters.
