This is a big one—if you're willing to sit with it.
I write it at the top of my journal at least once a month. Every time, my stomach tightens. My breath gets shallow.
Because deep down, I already know. And it scares me.
Still, I do it anyway. No matter how uncomfortable, I’m committed to facing what I need to see about myself.
