Solid reminder Cara! I'm on my stationary bike at this very moment riding slowly and remembering - slow down kid - you aren't a kid anymore. Time to take your body and your physiology seriously. Don't blow past your life into a panic attack!

I've changed my morning routine. I used to rush to workout. Now I slow down, enjoy my coffee sitting outside with our dog. Watch the sunrise, hear the birds, and slowly plan my day.
