The Time Between Worlds
Spark #349 - It's there every morning. Most of us miss it.
There are a few minutes every morning before the day grabs hold.
Before anyone needs you.
I used to blow right past them.
Now I protect them.
These moments feel like a time between worlds, where everything slows down, where I remember who I am.
Some mornings itโs just quiet.
Some mornings truth bombs land hard.
Other times insights emerge softly.
I wrote this in one of my visits there.
P.S. More on carving out this luminous, purposeless time on YouTube.

Thank you for this Whisper Cara. I am listening and living in the question. Grateful to look up after meditation to see a hummingbird visiting the begonias. ๐
Agreed Cara, I like to ease into my day whenever possible. And I do my best to try and make that possible!
