Hey there, it's Cara Bradley, and I'm diving into something on my mind in this podcast episode. Here's the gist – if you're looking for better outcomes in life, there are three things you need to do: Step Up, Keep it Simple, and then Keep Doing It.

You know Einstein's famous line about insanity – doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? That's what I get into on this episode.

I talk about my wake-up call about my body changing during menopause. I had to face facts – I can't treat my body like I'm 25 anymore. I have to do something different!

That’s the real nugget I share – change something. Yup, just one thing. Keep it simple and make it a habit. For me, it was ditching sugar. Sneaky little thing was causing more trouble than I thought. And guess what? That one change fired me up to make more.

In a nutshell, step up your game, keep it simple, and keep at it. It’s not rocket science, but it is like flexing a muscle. Start small and build from there. I know, I know, you're probably thinking, "Cara, I've heard this before!" But hold up – knowing and doing are two different beasts.
