Too many choices = stress.
We’ve been sold the lie that more is better.
But it’s not.
More clutters the mind.
More drains your energy.
Complexity may sell.
But it burns us out.
I opened my yoga studio in 2004 with three types of classes:
Flow. Stability. Foundations.
It worked because it was simple.
Students didn’t overthink it.
Teachers became masters.
I stayed sane.
Last week, I did it again.
I simplified my coaching offerings.
-One session.
-Six weeks.
-Three months.
That’s it. Choose one.
At first, simplifying can feel terrifying.
But there’s breathing space on the other side.
And simple also works.
So, where are you overcomplicating?
What can you simplify today?
I am agree with this. Less is more! I have started to detox my house - but I keep it simple. I just do one drawer or cupboard a day. It only takes me 5 minutes. In a year I will have done the whole house - and then I start over again.
The faster the world turns the more is throws off its heaviest items — like complexity
