About Me
I’m a performance coach, author, and entrepreneur with 40+ years of experience helping high performers cut through doubt, build confidence, and stay in action.
I’ve coached CEOs, pro and college teams, and Fortune 100 companies—training minds, breaking patterns, and driving results.
I’m also the author of On The Verge: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine and the founder of Verge Yoga Center. I was recognized as one of the “Most Powerful Women in the Mindfulness Movement” by Mindful Magazine.
Before coaching, I was a professional figure skater and in-line skater for Team Rollerblade—experiences that shaped my understanding of performance at the highest level.
