Do You Have A Room Of Your Own?
Spark #34 - It's called “non-time” where there's no plan, no rush.
Do you have a room of your own?
Not a physical space, but a little time just for you. No news, no social media, no distractions—just you.
For me, it’s early morning. I call it “non-time.” There’s no plan, no rush.
Some mornings I meditate or journal. Other times, I read, pray, or sit quietly with my coffee and watch the sunrise.
It’s when I clear my head, sort through what’s on my mind, and let myself dream. It’s also when I write these Sparks.
This time is non-negotiable for me. It keeps me grounded and preps me for the day.
What about you?
Could you find fifteen minutes in your day? Morning, lunchtime, or before bed—whenever works for you.
Shut out the world. Turn off the distractions.
You’ll never regret creating your own space. It’s not just sacred time—it’s essential time for your health, happiness and everything in between.
Give it a try and let me know how it feels.
