Great info. Making the decision and then showing up is critical. I struggle sometimes with making the decision - I spend too much time thinking. I need to take action.
"That is different from hoping you will feel like it." Morning, Cara. I love that. We decide, then we hold ourselves to the decision. We can worry about taking ourselves out of it as soon as we're finished! 😉
Fantastic! I wrote a whole story about losing 33 Kg. That was the deal I made with myself. You (inner voice) can give me all of the grief just as soon as we’re on the trial! Motivation is highly over-rated!

You and me both!

I live this just about every time I go to the gym. I have no motivation. I literally just decide to get in the car. That’s it.

Whoa Mark!
I just realized i wrote trial.. I mean trail! :)
Good stuff! Overthinking gets you in a spiral and keeps you there..just taking the first actual step creates its own synergy. 👣💃💫
You are one wise woman!
This is a great point Cara. It is only prioritizing what you are trying to achieve and defending it in your schedule that will lead to success.
Today I am prioritizing catching up on some research I've been putting off :)
