What is possible for you?
Let’s be honest—the new year can feel like a trap. The pressure to fix everything perfectly is exhausting.
But what if this year wasn’t about fixing?
What if, instead of obsessing over what’s wrong, you asked: What’s possible for me?
Sit with that for a moment.
What could happen if you stopped trying to figure it all out and let yourself imagine something bigger? Something exciting. Maybe even a little outrageous.
It’s easier to stay busy fixing than to face the fear of dreaming big. But staying stuck is worse.
So, what’s possible for you this year?
Forget perfect. Forget ready. Just start.
The year is wide open. The question is, are you?
My initial reply was, “nailed it.” This is the first year I’m not fixing something (my weight, my lack of activity) but making changes to achieve how I want to live (lower stress, attuned with self and spirit, and energized). But then I asked myself, when was the last time I dreamed big, dreamed without the constraints of “that won’t happen”, “ you can’t do that”, “ that’s outside what you can achieve”. I can’t remember. Time to dream without the self-limiting messages.
