Such an important, and at times difficult, distinction to make. Is there something I've done differently effecting my mood, every, motivation. Did I eat too late, too heavy, too much sugar, caffeine, go to bed too late, take on too many tasks, skip being nice, say yes when I should've said no, maybe my bloodwork will show low vitamin D, B12 or pre diabetes.

But as you indicate Cara - if I've done the scan sometimes I just have to go back to the gym and carry out my regular workout even if it takes me longer to get back into it.

I've been feeling this way lately. Started a new planner and will use it daily to keep me focused and on task - along with my daily Sparks!
