How To Make Time Your Ally
Spark #24 - Motivational messages to start your day steady and ready
Full disclosure: I don’t share empty productivity hacks. There’s enough noise out there. If I share something, it’s because I use it daily and genuinely believe it can help you.
How to make time your ally.
Ever feel like there’s never enough time? I get it. But time doesn’t have to be your enemy.
When you make it your ally, everything changes.
You launch that business, write that novel, and still make it to the gym.
The Pomodoro Technique changed everything for me.
It’s how I stay focused, write daily Sparks, get other work done, and feel (somewhat) in control. And my clients? They swear by it.
Here’s how it works:
Pick one task that matters.
Set your timer for 25 minutes.
Focus. No distractions.
When the timer rings, take a 5-minute break.
Repeat. After four rounds, take a 30-minute break.
The key? Complete focus. No phone. No social media. Just you and the task at hand.
Try one round. Just 25 minutes.
You might be amazed at how much you can get done—and how much time you actually have to make your dreams happen.
Give it a try. Let me know how it goes.
