A guided body scan you can do lying down to relax deeply and come back to your body. You’ll place light attention on what’s touching the floor, then move slowly from feet to face, softening tension as you go. There’s nothing to figure out and nothing to answer. The questions are simply cues. We close with a breath wave through the whole body, then rest in the simple feeling of being alive.
