You can’t start a fire without a spark
Spark #162 - It started with one idea.
I didn’t plan on launching Sparked.
The idea hit on December 12.
Name and tagline came clear and whole.
Sparked — Mindset shifts to start your day steady and ready.
First post went out January 1.
No launch. No buildup. Just go.
Steady and ready.
It still fits.
It’s how I move. It’s how I coach.
Steady.
In a noisy world, we need steadiness.
Stillness.
Quiet. Nature. A body that feels like home.
That’s where we see clearly.
That’s where we notice our patterns, beliefs, fears.
That’s where we meet ourselves.
Ready.
Readiness is motion.
It’s bold. It’s now.
It’s choosing to stop waiting.
To stop shrinking.
It’s stepping forward, even when it’s messy.
That’s mindset. That’s fire.
That’s showing up.
Steady and ready.
That’s the pulse behind Sparked.
Most posts won’t change your life.
That’s okay.
But one might.
One spark can wake you up.
One spark can shake something loose.
One spark can get you moving again.
As Bruce said:
“You can’t start a fire without a spark.”
Thanks for being here.
It may be time to go deeper.
Become a Sparked Insider—where daily sparks turn into real change.

No fluff. Just a clear signal in the noise. Steady and ready is the kind of spark we all need. Bruce nailed it—you can’t start a fire without one. (Great song, too.)
So glad that December 12 spark found you, and that you showed up ready on January 1st and beyond. I’ve been loving your sparks. ✨
