A good starting point is to spend time alone, free from distractions—whether in nature, listening to music, or simply enjoying silence while staring out the window.
Sound too simple? It is. And it works.
There’s no right way to do this; what matters is finding a practice that feels right for you.
For me, a daily reminder pops up on my phone: "Remember who you are." This prompts me to pause, take a deep breath, and smile. I often laugh at how easy it is to “lose myself” in the chaos of daily life.
Remember these three things:
