Be steady. Be patient. Show up even when nobody's watching.
That's mine, and it's basically the whole job teaching pickleball to people who doubt themselves more than their bodies do. They don't need another tip, they need to watch someone stay calm through a bad set and keep coaching anyway.
CARA! Profound and encouraging, per usual. I will be thinking and journaling more today about what motivates and inspires me. One of the ways I approach my day is to stay connected to my Higher Power - what or who ever that is. When I strive for that minute by minute connection, my perspective changes, and my energy and strength increase giving me the opportunity to do the next ‘right thing’ and to show up differently.
I definitely noticed a shift in me - away from advice and “experts” and toward people doing the do. For me, my ongoing exploration into creativity, kindness and courage continues. 😊
I'd add wisdom, generosity, and curiosity. Blue💙

What made you land on those three specifically?
There are so many to choose from! I figured being kind, grounded and happy are what most of are hungry for.
I like your list Cara. For me I would also add "bust myths and break new ground."
Those work too!
Love this, Cara. Thank you for being the example. 🙏🏼
Back at you Mark.
That's a great list - Be kind. Be grounded. Be happy. We should all follow thi!
Imagine a world if we did. Hmmm.

I LOVE THIS SH*T!
Boom. We speak the same language.

I love that expression. “Do the do”.
The truth is simple 🤍
That it is.
